It's a very modest place ,the rooms are small. But it's very clean. For my experience it's the best place in the category low budget spending. The location is a little punk, but for sure very vibrant and close to all the goods. The hotel is owned by a Indian family who are welcoming and prompt. You won't find a better deal for the price.

The rooms are small and have one twin sized bed and not a whole lot else, but if you're a solo traveler and all you need is a place to lay your head at night in SF, this is an excellent option at an excellent price. The rooms are clean and you can tell the owners take good care of the property. It's just steps from the 16th and Mission BART station - some might be turned off by that but I didn't have any sketchy or uncomfortable interactions with vagrants during my stay. I've been going to the Mission for years and have basic street smarts, so I consider this a good location for transportation accessibility. Will definitely consider this hotel again in the future!

Great inexpensive place. If you need to sleep for the night it is perfect. If you are looking to lounge by a pool with your kids, keep looking because this is not for you. They have nice televisions in the room, and access to the shower and bathroom n the hall. Coffee by reception area.

Simple but clean, extremely friendly family running the place. Don't expect luxury, but a great place to stay in the Mission district, right next to the BART station entrance. I loved the Indian restaurant (Pakwan) that they recommended.

Super value stay!!! Would recommend! Very safe once inside hotel. Rough area but nothing to be worried about, just be aware and don’t be out too late. Police presence is visible to maintain order. Lovely tiny rooms with bed, sink, TV, hangers, and a table. Toilet and shower down the hallway. All I needed.

Great place and very friendly supportive staff. Only downside is it’s by 16th and mission which can have a lot of homeless, but it’s really not an issue at all if you just mind your own business. Doesn’t feel that unsafe, police are constantly monitoring the area. It’s a hostel so don’t come in expecting a 5 star hotel, it’s just a fantastic price for what you get in my opinion. Honestly the best part though is the proximity to all the amazing food and drink scene in the mission district. You can literally walk out the door and grab amazing food within a 3 minute walk
